Mom Keow is the 79 year old Mother of Lah.  In the spring of 2009 her sons decided they no longer wanted to take care of her.  With no place to go and no one to help her Nuu Rain decided to take care of her as her daughter, Lah, being sick with HIV was not able to help her Mother at that time.  A small one bedroom apartment was obtained for her and she is now comfortable and loved.  Lah has recently moved in with her Mother to help her as she is becoming disabled.
